Vinyasa Yoga Flow
Vinyasa is a fast flow that links your movements and builds heat within your body. Vinyasa flow acts as a bridge allowing the body to flow uninterrupted from one posture to the next. This Vinyasa flow routine will enliven the spine and actively move energy up through the chakras, resulting in an ever-expanding awareness and evolving consciousness.
Upward facing dog is great for a stiff back. It strengthens the spine, alleviates back aches, increases respiration and circulation (especially to the pelvic area) and strengthens the eyes. This routine will tone the arms and will strengthen the lower back and shoulders, in addition to opening the heart, strengthening lungs and hips.
